Describe the bug
I'm on mexico city CST. It's one hour behind US CST as they've stopped doing DST. I'm not sure how aerial is interpreting the timezone information because my computer clock time will say 8:30 and the screensaver will say 9:30.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
change timezone on window to mexico_city/CST

notice that the time on the screensaver is an hour ahead

Expected behavior
I'd expect the screensaver to show the time the system clock shows

I believe this will be fixed by moving to the latest electron 24
