Visible desktop on wake up

Describe the bug
The issue arises when "automatically blank screen" feature is on. The moment one wakes up blank screen apps previously left running or desktop is seen for a second before windows lock screen is shown which may reveal potentially unwanted information.

To Reproduce
Set "automatically blank screen" and when screen blanks wake it up.

Expected behavior
I assume user does not want their information to be available to everyone not even for half a second. So windows should be at lock screen before we wake up blank screen.
