FEAT: type property for Random Variables should know if it was observed during inference #156

As it is commented in #155, posterior and posterior_predictive functions need to know if a variable was observed or not during the inference. As these functions rely on the type property, and the HIDDEN and OBSERVED categories refer to the type of the variable during the inference process, it has more sense to do it in this way.
