Image can#t be inserted inside Cell, the same way as the newest Excel sheet or google sheet

am trying to insert the image into a cell, not hovering over pictures
but there is no option to do that at the moment with the latest version am using

Microsoft only implemented this functionality 12 months ago, and it has not yet been implemented in PhpSpreadsheet. It's on my list of new features to implement, along with the new IMAGE() function.

No ETA yet, it's more complex because of the options to set multiple images in a single cell and set sizing rules for each of them (including autosize to fit the cell). I'm still investigating the new files/settings that are included in the zipped archive.
