复现安装paddledetection时候想体验一下vis。安装后报错是缺包了吗

不是，看报错是编码错误。你这个python是python3么

set PYTHONUTF8=1
试一下执行一下这句

可能是由于windows默认是gbk编码，这里尝试改为UTF8编码的设置

你这个还没装上呢，你不要从源码装了，这个还涉及到前端的开发工具nodejs, 需要先安装nodejs才能把VDL给装上，你这里显示没有npm命令，因为你没有装nodejs。 你直接使用pip安装VisualDL吧
