[Icon request] Idle own logo instead of default Python

• Description: A more specific logo for Idle

I think Idle should have it's own logo, to not be mistake from Python and to have also less symlinks to python icons.

I propose a more fresh look inspired by Wikipedia icon https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Text-x-python.svg but using the repo's Python logo (https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-icon-theme/blob/master/Papirus/64x64/apps/python.svg)
