Add support for Playnite SDK / Wrong shortcuts, no titles

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some of the games shows no title or some weird id/numbers, after talking about that on the Playnite discord, it seems like the way games are retrived from playnite right now is the cause. Plus, it causes the majority of shortcuts to point to the wrong game (if a launch League of Legends, it launches Mario Tennis)

The solution could be to use the playnite SDK

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative could be a playnite extension to also have some sort of automations when you install a new game to automaticly add a shortcut to steam, same when you remove one

Additional context
Could be nice to select palteformes to import from playnite too, right now it's hard to do a selection with just the game list apprearing like that, also exclude all steam games from the list since they are already on steam
