The "magic wand" tool selects the entire area of the file and not individual parts #431

Describe the bug
If you open the file and try" magic wand " to select an element in the image, then the entire image is highlighted.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Opens the image
Choose " magic wand"
Trying to select an object in the image

Expected behavior
A specific object is highlighted in the image.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: [Windows 10]
Version [1.6.6]
