You can change the language in user preferences. Once selected, the language changes only in the menu. In the remaining windows that open, the language remains English.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Tools'
  2. Click on 'Preferences'
  3. Click on 'Startup'
  4. Choose language, restart to apply

Expected behavior: The language will change in all places in the program.

OS: Windows 10
Version 1.6.7
