[Valid for the portable version, build 1.6.7]

Bug Description
After changing language in application settings, it displays the selected language only on the next run. If you close the program and run it again, language of the interface will be English again.

Steps to reproduce behavior

  1. Run: "Tools" → "Preferences"
  2. Click on "Startup"
  3. Open the dropdown list under "Language"
  4. Choose a different language other than English
  5. Click on "Restart to apply"
  6. Open the program again
  7. Close the program
  8. And open the program one more time

Expected behavior
Language selected in settings remained the same after multiple restarts of the program.

OS: Windows 10
Version: 1.6.7 portable
