Save Filterbar/Toolpalette visibility status and toolbar positions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If you disable the filterbar (via the View->Filterbar menu), the filterbar reappears on subsequent starts. I was hoping the visibility of both the filterbar and toolpalette to be saved across restarts.

Similarly, I tried moving the filter toolbar to the left corner of the window to save a bit of vertical space, however the position of the toolbar is also lost across restarts.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to save the position and visibility of the filterbar and toolpalette.
