需要支持 duo 上的 loop test 测试。duo 上的 spi 控制器有对应 bit 设置启动关闭该功能

但目前 rtt 的 spi 框架的 configure 接口貌似还不支持 mode 选项可以设置开关该功能。

所以是否可以通过配置方式支持启用该功能？or 扩展 rtt 的 mode 选项？希望讨论一下。
