【建议】能否加入webhook api推送的自定义header #678

建议内容：
我想使用vocechat的bot作为类似telegram的推送，但是header中需要包含api密钥x-api-key，环境变量中无法添加（似乎），能否增加一个新的环境变量用于新增自定义header，做到类似于key：value用分号隔开多个header
