bug(YouTube - SponsorBlock): Segments over 24 hours do not show correct segment start / end times

Bug description

This one is pretty simple, on videos that are over a day long like this one for example: https://youtu.be/LfaMVlDaQ24

And have segments on them submitted, the ones that go over a day loop back to 1h, see image

Solution

If segments that go over a day, add an additional digit

Additional context

YouTube, segments were viewed by going the the upvotes/downvote thing
