[Feature request]: adding mention in uploadFile description

Description:

When we are uploading a new file and want to mention a user in description we are not able to do it

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to channel and upload a file
   2.Write some description and mention some user
2. Enter and see the message in channel

Expected behavior:

The mentioned user should be highlighted

Actual behavior:

It isn't highlighted

Server Setup Information:

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 7.0.0-develop
• Operating System: Windows
• Deployment Method: Local host
• Number of Running Instances: 1
• DB Replicaset Oplog: 1
• NodeJS Version: 14.21.4
• MongoDB Version: 7.0.5

Client Setup Information

• Desktop App or Browser Version: browser
• Operating System: Windows 10

thanks for proposing such change @SySagar .. this has been internally discussed for some time now and we're still not sure how to do this.. it will most likely require some architectural changes in order to be properly done.

Hey, This problem is not to specific operating system, I am also having the same issue, but I had came to an approach but needed one help. I want to know that whenever the user is highlighted, can you tell me which component does this highlight thing?

Also I think that how we use to write messages and mention the user in the chatbox, in the similar way we have to do this.
