is it possible for customize VAD model path? #793

Currently the VAD model path is calculated from __file__ variable. It has some issue when being packaged to one binary file use Pyinstaller.

NO_SUCHFILE : Load model from /var/folders/qz/x590p6ln085g6_8z7b1mj6_c0000gp/T/_MEImh6XJP/faster_whisper/assets/silero_vad.onnx

is it possible for offering a user defined VAD model path?
