Welcome to ScribbleLab!
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ScribbleLab, a note-taking application provided by ScribbleLabApp. By using ScribbleLab, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ScribbleLab, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the application.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of ScribbleLab, you must create a ScribbleLabApp Account ("SLA"). You can create an SLA through Sign In with Apple ("SIWA"), Google Sign-In ("GID"), or a traditional ScribbleLabApp Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. License
ScribbleLab is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. This license is available at http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.
4. In-App Purchases
ScribbleLab may offer in-app purchases. These purchases are processed through the app store associated with your device (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). By making in-app purchases, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by the respective app store.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use ScribbleLab for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of ScribbleLab.
- Share or distribute content that violates the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to ScribbleLab or its related systems.
6. Privacy
Your use of ScribbleLab is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using ScribbleLab, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
ScribbleLabApp reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to ScribbleLab at its discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
ScribbleLabApp may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the ScribbleLab application. Continued use of ScribbleLab after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
