[馃悰 Bug]: Selenium incompatibility with the versions of requests2 and urllib3 #13912

What happened?

basically:
pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
requests2 2.16.0 requires urllib3<1.22,>=1.21.1, but you have urllib3 2.0.2 which is incompatible.

and if we change:

selenium 4.20.0 requires urllib3[socks]<3,>=1.26, but you have urllib3 1.22 which is incompatible.

How can we reproduce the issue?

``pip install selenium`` and then ``pip install requests2``

Relevant log output
