[Bug] Deleting a task and/or deleting file, doesn't delete task forever -> After restart of ShareX, task is back again.

Since I started to use ShareX (- I don't know which version exactly, but it must have been around two years ago -), the task list of the main window has issues with deleting one or more task items:
Either deleting a task or deleting a file, the task disappears from the task list in the main window, but after restarting ShareX (- reboot Windows or restart app -), the deleted task appears again.
Seems like it is only deleted "in memory" (- or for current running ShareX session -), but not forever.

Please, try to fix it or tell me what info you need else. 😉
