Youtube subscription file refuses to upload into Newpipe.

Steps to reproduce the bug

Go to 3 dot area locted in upper right area.
Follow prompts to upload.

Expected behavior

Why file is prevented from loading.

Actual behavior

Trying to upload YouTube subscription file, Newpipe responds with 'there is no application to do this'.

TV has historically been finicky about file operations. Are you using the official Google file manager to do everything?

If the problem persists, please provide some photos of the steps as well.
