外接摄像头下使用视频通话，无法切换到后置摄像头 #164

外面接入usb摄像头 2.0和3.0 每次调用视频通话都会调用2.0的摄像头如果将2.0摄像头拔出就会调用3.0的摄像头。现在的问题是我需要2个摄像头都在的情况下直接调用3.0的摄像头进行视频通话功能
