微信用户通话中，并同时用小程序拨打app端音视频通话的异常 #204

小程序TRTCCalling 1.0.0 app:TuiCallkit 1.4.2

issue内容：A用户在微信通话中，这时侯又拨打了小程序视讯，微信通话没有自动暂停或者关闭，B用户用app接通了通话，这时候A用户挂断小程序的通话，B用户没响应挂断，仍然处于通话页面。
