[BUG] Add the ability to ignore directories per repository

Description of the bug

A few repositories have directories that do not contain algorithms but mostly scripts or other utilities in the same language (e.g.: Nim repository with Nim scripts or Python).
It'd be great if we could add an option to ignore certain directories or ignore scripts by default.

@Panquesito7 Thanks for reporting this issue. At least adding the "scripts" repertory or even all the repertories beginning with a "." would be an easier quick fix.
