DCE only export messages of the chatbot in server, why no any private message? #1207

I produced a chatbot and published on Discord.
I added it into my server, and I chat with the bot fine.
Now I want to save the chatting history of the bot. So I get the bot's token from the developer website then input it to DCE.
However, DCE exported the messages that I chat with another member in the server.
There's no any message is exported from the bot's channel.
I wondered if I do something wrong? or did anyone also has the same experience?
