They are new table transformer models for structure recognition available on huggingFace,which are intended to be upgrades over the existing version microsoft/table-transformer-structure-recognition. The best one seems to be microsoft/table-transformer-structure-recognition-v1.1-all:

Is it possible to easily switch from one model to the other?
Are you planning to make this new model the default model?
