关于Android9.0下载更新包后无法安装的问题修复

android.util.AndroidRuntimeException: Calling startActivity() from outside of an Activity context requires the FLAG_ACTIVITY_NEW_TASK flag. Is this really what you want?
解决方法：
AppUpdateUtils里的getInstallAppIntent方法，把setFlags换成addFlags。
