[Bug]: TS2-Starter-Pack installer not working

Description

The installer opens but fails to download files. This doesn't happen using Wineskin on the same machine.

Steps to reproduce

Start the web installer found at TS2-Starter-Pack.
Get to the screen where the installer downloads the game files.
The installer will fail to download the game.

Expected behaviour

Installer should have internet connectivity to download and install the game and patches.
