[Feature]: Reduce pinned applications loading time at whisky startup

when whisky startup, it seems like whisky will try to load all pinned applications' icons, and it will take a lot of time when we have a lot of applications installed. it may even freeze.

create icon cache for pinned applications so whisky will not load them each time it start up
