Tell us how we can improve Xcodes
PrivilegedHelper is needed to run things as "sudo" like Xcode-select and currently uses a deprecated SMJobBless function.

This should be updated to use the new SMAppService - https://developer.apple.com/documentation/servicemanagement/updating-your-app-package-installer-to-use-the-new-service-management-api
