Encrypt with Password

The Office Open XML format provides a standard for encryption of XLSX files.
In Microsoft Excel this can be achieved via Protect Workbook -> Encrypt with Password
Such feature is already available in other libraries, like R xlsx or PHP Secure Spreadsheet.

It might be useful to include this functionality also in ABAP2XLSX.
