Export / Import Date Error #1478

There seems to an issue when exporting and importing entries in cockpit.

If you create a new entry and export it, then when trying to import it will return invalid date for both created on modified.
This happens when you:

Export and Import Current Entries
Import New Data with blank or filled date in the JSON
