Error adding an SFTP source/connector

I'm trying to add a simple connection to an SFTP server using the user, host and file with a private key. When trying to test the connection, the following message appears:

"Configuration check failed
Could not connect to the server with provided configuration. com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: invalid privatekey: [B@3a4e343"

It's as if the key wasn't formatted correctly, but I also don't know how to convert it to the correct format and I didn't want to have to generate another one.

Note: Testing locally on my machine via the Ubuntu terminal, the file with the private key connects with the command:
"sftp -i key_file user@host"
