Feature Ideas: enhancement

First things first, Alexandre & all the contributors you have done an amazing work with this project, especially for an Open Source.

To the suggestion:

On Customers page would be nice when you click on each customer to see past and done appointments and future ones.
Instead of showing start date/time and timezone (would be nice to be able to customize what it shows there instead of Timezone, Appointment Notes would be better.

On the New Appointment tab (or update Appointment)
The "client" details appear one under the other while they could be 2 in a row instead of one and it wouldn't need that much of scrolling.

Would be nice on General Settings to choose Default currency and Timezone.

Also on Add Appointment or Unavailability should have the services/provider blank to avoid incorrect picks instead of getting the first available value.

On my copy i added a few placeholders for all the textbox areas (helps if the person that will use it is of non-tech profficient).

Customer Details of existing customers (modal):
Instead of 2 / line, on a 1080p PC monitor there could fit 3 or be responsive . The white-space is way too large.
Also the hover background colour at least on my end seems always Greenish even if you have changed the company default color /nodynamicadjustment,
Size of the fonts on the calendar is too small and hard to read from elder people.

On *.min.js files the code is all in one line and is hard to read and the size on this script is minimal 1kb-64kb in my opinion with the current bandwidth speeds load is minimal and unnecessary for such a light website.

+1 vote for Christos' suggestion about the customers view - particularly
on the customer popup from the calendar view it would be great to have either a hyperlink to the customer record or even better display details of previous and future appointments right there.
