滑动窗口中桶的数量，这个可以根据请求的并发量以及滑动窗口的统计周期来预估，总之桶的数量设置越少窗口就越大：统计精准度越低，但并发性能好，桶的数量越多窗口越小：统计精准度越高，并发性能随之降低。
