What happened?

When asking Jovu to install a plugin, it may create a duplicate installation of the same plugin

What you expected to happen

The server should validate and enforce whether the same plugin is already installed or not, when installing a plugin.
Jovu should let the use that the plugin is already install ed

How to reproduce

ask Jovu to install a plugin that is already installed
