🐛 Bug Report: Jovu may create duplicate module names

What happened?

When asking Jovu to create a module, it may create a duplicate module in the same resource

What you expected to happen

The server should validate and enforce whether the same module name (custom block property) is already being used or not, when creating a module
Jovu should let the user know that the name is already taken

How to reproduce

ask Jovu to create a module that already exist
This issue can also be replicated via the UI when creating a new module
