watch.json not created

Describe the bug

I was trying to add anime to the list using anime watch --new but got an error showing that watch.json is not present and when I checked at the path C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\anime downloader, I only found config.json.

To reproduce

anime watch --new

LOG

C:\Users\USERNAME>anime watch --new
anime: anime-downloader 5.0.17
ERROR: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:\\Users\\USERNAME\\AppData\\Roaming\\anime downloader\\watch.json'

turns out it was already reported here but no fix was deployed.

Reinstall anime downloader from github, I think I fixed it.
