New UI_Next "Page Not Found" #15120

Bug Summary

I upgraded from previous version of AWX to 24.2.0 and when i click the "A tech preview of the new AWX user interface can be found" link i get page not found message! and not opening new UI.

Steps to reproduce

Upgrade from previous release such as 23.5.1 to 24.2.0

Expected results

New UI_Next dashboard is showing up!

Actual results

Getting page not found! Error and clicking link does not do anything!

Additional information

I tried the upgrade from two different previous version got the same result!

validate that this problem does not exist on 24.3.1 (current latest release)
