What's up with these (and other) choices for varchar values?

(similarly for other types). Where do they come from?

What does this "Number of Inserts" control actually do?

If all the columns are "Manual value" does any number here other than 1 make sense?

Please direct me if I've missed another source of this information. Thanks.

They are fake values random generated by faker-js library.

Is the number of rows you want to generate. If manual values all rows will have the same values, otherwise every value will be random generated.

You are not missing any source of documentation, in fact in this regard I realize that this tool is not very intuitive and I think I will make a documentation page also reachable from this tool.

Thanks @Fabio286, this is helpful. So if a table has any unique (and not auto-increment) keys and a number of rows > 1 is selected, the operation will ... error? Silently fail to add more than the 1 row?

In this case you have to uncheck the field (in most cases it's unchecked by default) to exclude it from the insert.
