Disabled Primary Key Button Prevents Adding Multiple Primary Keys

When attempting to add multiple primary keys to a table using the UI, the operation fails, and the primary key button remains disabled. However, I have discovered that executing an SQL query directly allows me to add multiple primary keys successfully.
