希望可以出一个处理两个圆之间多条线的处理逻辑

功能描述

如果在两个圆之间出现多条线，以目前的情况会直接重合，要是通过偏移线处理的话，当两个点在拖动之后还是出现重合的情况，目前只能通过不断的改变锚点的位置，来维持两条线的距离不变以及保持平行。

期望解决方案

希望可以出一个api在出现多条线路重合的时候，智能进行偏移，不让线路重合，在进行点位拖动的时候，依旧可以保持平行以及距离不变。
