Is there a reason why try_number in task_instance is nullable?

I had a chance to look at the model defined in airflow this time, and I don't know why try_number is kept as nullable.

It seems that most of the processes are running with the assumption that try_number is not nullable.

And since it seem to default to 0, it seems like we can remove nullable.
