Summer OSSP 2024 For Amoro

Summer 2024 is a program hosted by ISCAS(Institute of Software Chinese Academy of Sciences) . It is very similar with Google Summer of Code.
Amoro will join The Summer 2024 as the mentoring organization.

Amoro community will choose some challenging topics, so that more college students can participate in the open source community and learn more about Amoro. At the same time, the Amoro community will gain more new contributors.
