I dont think this error is related to the Apify SDK, quick google search shows others with the same problem, e.g. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49376910/unable-to-use-proxy-with-puppeteer-error-err-no-supported-proxies-gets-thrown

I believe this is a general puppeteer/chrome problem with local proxies.

Also note that Apify SDK v2 is no longer maintained, this repository now serves for crawlee, its successor. You can read about this in the upgrading guide.
