[Bug]: Menu button's options stays open until closed manually

Description

Menu buttons options open up when a user clicks on it but does not close until interacted with which causes unseemly behaviour

Steps To Reproduce

1. drop multiple menu buttons on screen
2. click on all of them and notice the previous menu button's dropdown does not close with this interaction
