Can't delete AppSet via CLI even the result of command is successfully.

Hi Guys,

Need your advice on the weird situation below:

• Even in v2.10.x or the latest one 2.11.x, when I'm listing the Appsets via CLI, and then deleting the duplicate ones, the result shows Deleted but the Appset is still there.
  => Just note that these Appset is not presenting in UI since I have deleted it however some reasons that those are still retained.

Does anyone have an idea or the same situation as me? Am I missing something or incorrectly operated?
