Upgrade to XPDF 4.03

Thanks for this great work!

I started using this library, along with its Python counterpart, in Bookworm.

Is there any chance that this will be upgraded to XPDF 4.03. Specially as that release contains some security fixes.

I haven't go through the xpdf 4.03 sources yet, but from change log it seems there is quite some bug fixes.
Also there doesn't seem to be any change in build script and dependencies so it should be straightforward to upgrade to xpdf 4.03.

PS: I am currently on vacation, will definitely look into it properly after coming back.
