Expected to have a native support managed by ECS service of FSx OpenZFS mounted on ECS Fargate Linux Idealy same way as EFS mount mechanism and not inside the container of the tasks with operating system actions.
Today, ECS only support FSX for OpenZFS with ECS EC2 https://docs.aws.amazon.com/fsx/latest/OpenZFSGuide/mount-openzfs-ecs-containers.html

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?
Mount FSx OpenZFS storage between ECS Linux task and Windows EC2 instance.
Having some Windows EC2 with FSx OpenZFS mounted. Need to share the storage with task running inside ECS Fargate Linux

Are you currently working around this issue?
Yes, by using S3 bucket in between and a script to synchronize the content between FSx and S3.

Additional context
Some similar tickets exist, but for FSx Lustre or Windows container.. Not for OpenZFS and Linux.

We have the same use case, we have ECS tasks running on windows EC2 windows and tasks running on Fargate Linux, and we need to be able to use FSx.
