TFV2: Problem in logistic_regression.ipynb, last cell call matplotlib, stuck #335

In logistic_regression.ipynb(TFv2), last cell call, always running but no plot showing.

Anyone help?

python, 3.7.5;
jupyter, 1.0.0;
pycharm 2018.2;
