Clams don`t spawn in Vile Reef

Current Behaviour

in the quest, you`re supposed to collect pearls from clams in the vile reef, but the clams are nowhere to be found.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

That the clams spawn and the player can interact with them during the quest to get the pearls.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Accept the quest
2. go to Vile Reef in Stranglethorn Valley and look for any clams underwater
